I WAS HAPPY WITH EVERYTHING UP UNTIL AFTER THE INSTALLATION, WHEN I NOTICED THAT THE SCREEN WOULDN'T CLOSE ALL THE WAY. I CALLED WEEKLY AND TALKED TO AN EMPLOYEE AND HE WOULD SAY SOMEONE WOULD GET BACK TO ME - NOT ONCE DID THEY RETURN MY CALL. WHILE A FIRE WAS BURNING IN THE FIREPLACE, THE FLUE CLOSED. WHEN I WAS ATTEMPTING TO OPEN THE FLUE, I KNOCKED WOOD OUT OF THE FIREPLACE AND RUINED MY CARPET. THE FIRE DEPARTMENT HAD TO BE CALLED TO OPEN THE FLUE AND GET THE SMOKE OUT OF THE HOUSE. I HAVE CALLED AND LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES ABOUT THIS WITH NO RESPONSE.
