The staff seemed experienced and everything arrived clean and organized. I did have to call to confirm delivery time but they were very responsive.

ONE STOP TOOL RENTAL WAS VERY HELPFUL IN DETERMINING THE EXACT TYPE OF AUGER THAT WE NEEDED. THEY DELIVERED THE AUGER AS WELL AS PICKED IT UP WHEN WE WERE DONE. THEY EVEN BROUGHT US A REPLACEMENT WHEN THE ONE WE WERE USING BROKE. AT NO CHARGE
