Josh has provided computer assistance to us for quite a while. He's extremely knowledgeable and has never failed to provide the service we needed. He is always on time, cordial and willing to answer any questions we have. We recently bought a new desktop. Josh set it up for us and walked us through how to use it. We know we have a reliable computer guy to help us out whenever we need it.

There is no one finer than Josh Abernathy. He was recommended to me in 2012 by another business and I have called him numerous times over the years since then. He is the ultimate professional and knows his stuff and, more importantly, he is trustworthy. I never felt any qualms turning over my complete system to him. People like Josh are very hard to find these days. I have told him that if he ever moves from this area, I will pay to fly him to me. If you need help with anything, don't hesitate to call him. The repairman was honest about what he could do, and that there would likely be more work needed on the laptop after he was done. I chose not to have the work done and purchased a new one for my wife instead.

I contacted On-Call Computers Ltd and was able to drop my computer off that day. Josh transferred my personal data from an old computer to a new computer and did the initial setup on the new unit. Josh was helpful when I picked up my computer suggesting choice of browsers for security as well as virus and Malware protection. I had a couple of questions the following day on Microsoft office which I installed which Josh promptly answered. I will certainly use On-Call Computers LTD for my computer repair needs in the future.
