Tom the owner of the company came twice and sprayed insecticide( Tempo Dust). He is very personable and patient. Unfortunately the problem was not solved. I believe the pest eradication people are tied up in too many environmental restrictions. We all respect nature but how about human habitat being invaded by pests. There is a need for better solution.

"We never performed any service at this residence. I showed up there the initial time and waited for twenty minutes. I am a very busy person. I waited long enough and decided to leave because I had other appointments I needed to be on. You then called me saying you would be there shortly. Our appointment was set a certain time and you were not there. We tried to schedule again and you did not show up again."

I received an email the same day as I purschased the deal. I communicated with Matt, who was very helpful and flexible with my schedule. He contacted the realtor to get the access code to the lockbox. The day off of the inspection, they emailed me the needed information and included a note, requesting confirmation that I received the email and did not have any problems with opening the attachment.

I don't think they did that good a job. I had a hard time getting hold of them too. It wasn't worth $78. We had a bunch of spiders and then they just came back in a couple of days. So I don't think it really was a very good deal. The guy was here like ten minutes and I didn't really see any results.

It was okay, he did a basic job, and I don’t think I would use him again. He was on time, he sprayed inside around the base fort and inside the basement and then he sprayed around the exterior of the house.
