MITCHELL'S SALON & DAY SPA

It went well, everyone was very polite - the only thing it didn't have was the real "spa" escape feel.

I have been there for a long time. I use the same hairstylist for about five or six years now. She does a good job. She knows what she is doing, and she listens to what I want. She gives suggestions if I ask for suggestions. She is very helpful. Their service price is expensive but competitive.

Enjoyable and relaxing!

I recently relocated from the Chicago area and was referred to Mitchell's for a haircut and color. The salon itself is nice...stylish and clean. However, this is NOT a case of getting what you pay for. The prices are kind of high (even by Chicago standards) and my haircut and color was just ok. I would be willing to pay the higher price for great...but not for ok. It seems like Mitchell's gets a lot of business and people willing to pay the money because of their reputation but I unfortunately will be going elsewhere.

The atmosphere is lovely. I always have a fantastic experience every time I visit.

They are big around here. It was fantastic. I went because they had a deal on Mother's Day, so I could save money on treatment. The treatment itself was $75, and they were selling $75 gift cards for $60. I didn't really deal with any billing. My only concern is that they are pricey, but I would use them again with the special, or if it was a gift. They are the best for quality.

The environment was very relaxing and wonderful. The people performing the services were well-trained. The staff was very professional and I was very pleased with my experience.

They may be a little more expensive than other salons around here. The cleanliness factor is really important to me, and I have seen how they sanitize their tubs and things. That is one thing that I really like. I go to the same gal all the time. She knows me and I am comfortable with her and I like the quality of her work. I have never been unhappy with the quality of the people there. I go there all the time, and will continue to do so.

Their quality and professionalism is outstanding. I will use their services again in the future.

I'm extremely happy with them. I go to Rhea. She's been awesome. Very professional. She does color and seems to be very knowledgeable about that.

This particular salon in West Chester has poor customer service. Erika was my stylist for several months. One time I came late, respecting her time I asked for only half of the work to be done, and she refused. She was not working on another client at the time and was laughing with her colleagues in the breakroom about how mad I was going to be. The salon is overpriced, and the women at the front desk aren't customer-service oriented either. There are too many other salons to choose from to put up with being treated with such disrespect.

I ASKED ABOUT PURCHASING THE OPTIONAL POLISH and SHE ADVISED NOT TO PURCHASE UNLESS I WAS GOING TO USE IT FREQUENTLY BECAUSE IT'S $9/BOTTLE. NOW THIS IS GREAT- NOT JUST LOOKING FOR A QUICK SALE AS WELL. ALSO, RECEIVED A FOLLOW-UP CALL FROM THE SALON TO MAKE SURE I WAS SATISFIED.

LAUREN IS AWESOME AT COLORING HAIR. SHE IS VERY GOOD AT LISTENING TO WHAT YOU WANT AND IS VERY GOOD AT WHAT SHE DOES.
