We hired Mike to remodel our kitchen and we could not be more pleased with the results. Mike's estimate was towards the lower end of our other estimates, but we went with Mike based off of his experience in remodeling and his ideas and input during the initial estimate process. Mike had great suggestions throughout the remodel and was always responsive to questions and ideas from us. Mike hired great subcontractors for the tile, electric and plumbing, two of which we ended up hiring again for future repairs/projects. When Mike encountered a problem or issue with the remodel, he solved it almost instantaneously with no additional burdens on us. Mike was very detail oriented and meticulous in his work, so much so that the counter top installation crew marveled at how level he installed the cabinets and stated that they "have never had an easier install". We found Mike to be professional, but also friendly and engaging, respectful of our time, budget and opinions.

We used Mike to do some little handyman projects around our house (drywall patches, doors sticking, caulking, etc) He did a great job, very quick, reasonably priced. Would highly recommend!

Did a nice quality job.  We had plenty of issues with this basement that he had to work around, and came up with good solutions to overcome.  He is pretty conscientious, calculating, yet doesn't let the project drag on endlessly.  He got it done in a very reasonable amount of time.

My only complaint was that we disagreed on a carpet allowance because I used a different supplier, and his allowance was very tight.  If you use him, you must use JP Flooring for your flooring needs, or things will get muddy.

I really like my finished space, overall it was worth it.

I will admit I was a visitor of this house, not the homeowner, and am not sure how much was spent, but the homeowner is very pleased with his communication, professionalism, and he did very high quality work. The homeowner gave me his card, with a very high recommendation of Mr. Readnower. I am saving my pennies to use him someday for a basement finishing. He has given me some ideas to think about, will eventually work together to find a design/plan that will work for all our needs, and I am hoping to begin the project in the near future.
