Management Plus managed our Condo association and at the beginning they were excellent, then there were some management changes and the service deterred to the point we had to cancel their service

Preparing my house for sale in order to get out from under this oppressive regime. The office staff is consistently rude. They only cut grass and collect dues which have increased 72% in the last 12 years. Calls are not returned, maintenance requests are cancelled and emails are not answered. Google them before moving into any of their associations. Not worth the struggle.
