I answered Mr Cebulskie's Craig'sList ad for a #15 step stool used once by his young children. He lives far enough away that given my recent eye surgery I was feeling unable to drive. Mr Cebulskie was kind enough to me to offer to drive the item to very near my location as he had business that would put him in my area. I believe this to be testimony to his character, motivated to pass along a family item to serve my children, as it had long served his family. He did this not because he'd make a  $15 "sale" on CraigsList but because he'd help someone else .Mr Cebulskie  did so  at 7 AM on a 5 degree BELOW zero morning!
 If the company's President is so thoughtful as an individual, might not this be reason to invite his service as a business?

They've been fantastic. I changed my mortgage once with them, and they have been very good throughout the years.

I was a first-time homeowner and had a difficult time getting financing. One bank that I went to wasted a month of my time before telling me they couldn't help me. The financial planner I had at Lynx said she wouldn't waste my time. She was really good at returning phone calls and was very responsive. I was having a difficult time financially, and she really helped me out.
