I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL. THEY SHOWED US PICTURES AND WE HAD SEEN WHAT THEIR WORK LOOKED LIKE, BUT WHEN THEY DID OUR BASEMENT IT WAS DONE AT A LOWER STANDARD THAN WHAT WE HAD SEEN. THE OWNER SUBCONTRACTED THE WORK TO PEOPLE THAT COULD NOT HANDLE THE JOB. THEIR PROMPTNESS WAS UNACCEPTABLE AND THEIR QUALITY WAS AWFUL, COMPARED TO WHAT WE SAW.

AT FIRST GLANCE, THE BASEMENT LOOKS SPECTACULAR. THERE WERE MANY AREAS OF POOR CRAFTSMANSHIP. WE WERE TOLD PROJECT WOULD TAKE 8-12 WEEKS. 5 MONTHS LATER, NOT EVERYTHING WAS FINISHED. POOR ATTENTION TO DETAIL. VERY MESSY; RUINED EXISTING CARPET ON OUR STAIRS, GOT SPOTS ON NEW CARPET, SCRATCHED BATHROOM VANITY WITH TOOLS, STILL HAS NOT PROVIDED US WITH THE ROLL-OUT DRAWERS FOR OUR CABINETS OR FINISHED OUR BATHROOM TILE @ 8 MONTHS LATER.
