We had a little trouble in the beginning getting things set up, which was my fault as I had a death in the family and had to keep putting the initial meeting off. When we finally did meet, Jason came to the house and was very professional. We did the initial paperwork and scheduled a visit with the insurance adjuster. All went well and the installation began in September. The roof was put on in a couple of days, although there was a day inbetween work due to the workers having another job in KY. Not a problem though, they came on a Saturday when I was home to complete the job. The roof looks very nice. Only a few complaints. The workers left a pile of leftover materials in my very narrow driveway. It was difficult to get up or down the driveway past the pile. I called Intercept several times, and they said they'd be out to move it, but after a week, I paid a neighbor to move it to the inside of my garage. Eventually, they came and took the leftover materials, leaving me some shingles as I had asked, but they didn't put them back where I had them, which was on a skid to keep them safe from my garage that floods during heavy downpours. Also, I noticed that there was no covering on the areas where the patio roof meets the siding of the house, leaving a gap of 1 to 3 inches. I called several times, and after a few months of back and forth, I was told by the secretary that they had fixed it 4 times. I'm not sure what all they fixed when they came out, but evidently, there were some other issues that they fixed that I was not aware of. So, four months later, it has been fixed, and the job is done. The roof looks very nice, but if you're in a hurry or if you like to have quick responses, you might want to consider another company.

Met with the Sales Rep. Mike Burt to get an estimate as we had some Hail Damage. After the initial meeting, we met with Jason Haberstroh, General Manager to complete the estimate and set up a meeting with the insurance company rep. Jason and Josh Haberstroh both worked with the insurance company to get the roof replaced in full, not a repair as the initial insurance rep wanted to do. They were Both very professional and great to deal with. Their crews were able to do a complete tear off of a double layer of roofing and replace the complete roof in 2 days. After the roofing was installed, the crew stayed and cleaned up any and all pieces of roofing as well as using a large magnet to pick up any nails or brads that may have been pulled or popped out during the tear off stage. They were all very professional and quite easy to work with.
I would highly reccomend Intercept Restoration and Jason to anyone needing a Roof replaced
Wonderful Experience, great people to work with.

Intercept Restoration recently finished putting a new roof on my residential property. The entire experience was a positive one. They where on time for the assesment of my roof and we discussed all my concerns and questions about a new roof and shingle selection. The installation crew worked hard and completed the new roof in 2 days time. They were focused on trying to keep the tear off of the old roof clean, getting all the shingles, nails, and staples into the dumpster. After completion they spent time around my entire house cleaning up and using a large magnet to pick up any nails they may have fallen of the roof. After completion I had a final walk around with my sales rep to make sure the roof was completed to both our satisfaction. The new roof looks great, and I would recommend them if you are considereing a roofing project.

We met Shannon when he came door to door and pointed out our storm-damaged roof to us. We were already somewhat aware as we had a water leak and just needed to get moving on the project. (Getting a new roof is a BIG project, and it made us a bit nervous.)
One of the owners, Jason, met with our insurance adjuster. They climbed up on the roof together and apparently agreed that the roof was in need of replacement as we were given the go ahead to order shingles.
It was extraordinarily hot so we waited an extra week before starting the job. I.R. had a large dumpster delivered and their crew worked very hard in extreme heat to rip off the old roof and then replace it with a beautiful new one.
The workers were courteous and hard-working. They cleaned up after themselves and I have only found a few tiny nails since they finished. The company representatives were courteous and responsive to us whenever we had questions.
Shannon is a great young man. Hard-working and very personable. We enjoyed talking with him and trusted his advice, as well as Jason's with regard to color choice and adding the ridge vent.
We are happy to recommend Intercept Restoration to anyone in need of roof repair or replacement. We would be likely to hire them again and to use their services for other work in the future.

I was in need of roof repair, and was referred to Intercept Restoration by a friend. Jason Haberstroh, General Manager, came to my home, and met with me and my wife. He was professional, courteous, and took the necessary time to answer all of our questions (and we asked a lot of questions!). The biggest plus for us, as cost was a significant factor, was his willingness to work directly with our insurance company. The noted amount spent was our deductible only, as Jason was able to resolve any issues with the insurance company over their consideration for depreciation since the last roof replacement. Jason and his team were punctual, and completed the repair/replacement within the time they suggested it would take, with minimal inconvenience (we couldn't park in our garage for a night due to the large dumpster in the driveway).

We were impressed not only with the outcome of the work completed, but that the team of workers did not leave our yard with leftover debris. They took a large magnet, and went through the yard (both front and back), the steps, the driveway, picking up any loose nails, staples, and left over shinges. You would not have been able to tell that any work was completed (except for seeing the new roof!). Jason followed up a couple of days after the work was complete to ensure they were no problems or concerns with the work, the workers or anthing else related to the restoration of our roof.

I have to admit, in today's world of hearing about fly-by-night companies coming to your home, taking your money, and not completing work, I was cynical. This was the first necessary extensive home repair we did, and I was nervous. Jason and the team at Intercept Restoration put our minds at ease, and completed everything they said they would do, in the time frame they said they would complete it, and at the cost they originally offered. Thank you Jason and Intercept Restoration!!! We will stay dry for another 35 years!!!
