Called Huff on a Sunday night at 7 PM. They would have come out that night but it wasn't too cold so we had them come first thing Monday morning -- they were there at the agreed upon time. They diagnosed the problem, gave two different options to fix it and gave the pros and cons of each. They fixed the problem in a very timely manner. They even helped diagnose a problem with the water heater!! They were very professional, respectful of my time, and took the time to explain how the furnace worked so I could understand exactly what the problem was. I was very happy with the work and would highly recommend!!

HE WAS HERE QUITE A LONG TIME FOR THE JOB AND I FEEL HIS RATES WERE VERY FAIR. HE DID A GREAT JOB! HE ALSO CAME BACK TO MAKE ADJUSTMENTS AND DIDN'T CHARGE EXTRA. WE FOUND HIM TO BE MUCH BETTER IN PRICE IN COMPARISON TO OTHERS.

THE COMPANY CAME IN A TIMELY MANNER AFTER HOURS. THE EXPLANATION OF WHAT WAS OCCURRING WAS DONE AND THE WORK WAS FINISHED. THE WORK WAS CLEANED UP IN A NICE MANNER.
