It was absolutely terrible to find out they would not take the TV wall mounts back when I did not need them, or return my store credit. They in effect stole money from me.

HH Gregg has good customer service. They treat their customers better than at Best Buy. The people are friendlier and they care more. They seem interested in you. The quality of their products is good.

Delivery was more than on time. Very prompt and quick. They were in and out within 15 minutes. They called at 7:15-7:30 to give me a window time and must've called back within 1 hr. to say I was next on the list. Then showed up within 3-5 minutes of that call. I've never received service that's been that prompt.

I CALLED THE COMPANY SERVICE DEPARTMENT ONE DAY AND THEY SCHEDULED A SERVICE CALL FOR THE NEXT DAY. THE TECHNICIAN CALLED AND GAVE THE TIME HE WOULD BE HERE AND HE SHOWED UP EXACTLY WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD.
