house cleaning
 + -1 moreTHIS COMPANY DOES NOT MANAGE THEIR BOOKS AND FILES CORRECTLY. I PAID MY BILL ON TIME AND THEY CASHED MY CHECK WITHIN A WEEK OF MY PAYMENT. THEY SUPPOSEDLY THOUGHT I HAD NOT PAID, AND DISCONTINUED BI-WEEKLY CLEANING SERVICES FOR ME WITHOUT INFORMING ME. WHEN I CALLED THEM, I WAS TOLD, RUDELY THAT I HAD NOT PAID MY BILL. I RESEARCHED THE INFO AND GAVE IT TO THEM TO PROVE THAT I HAD. THEY DID NOT CONTACT ME BACK - NO APOLOGY AND NO FURTHER CLEANING WORK. A FEW MONTHS LATER, THEY SENT ME A THREATENING LETTER SAYING AGAIN THAT I HAD NOT PAID THAT BILL!! AGAIN I SENT THEM A LETTER WITH COPIES OF MY CLEARED CHECK, ETC.
Description of Work: I HIRED HANDY ENTERPRISES TO CLEAN A FEW OF MY RENTAL PROPERTIES.
