 + -1 moreSAME DAY SERVICE. I ACCESSED THE COMPANY THROUGH THEIR WEBSITE WHERE MY PROBLEM WAS ASSESSED AND ARRANGEMENTS WERE MADE FOR A TECHNICIAN TO COME THAT AFTERNOON. I WAS IMMEDIATELY PHONED BACK FOR A COUPLE OF CORRECTIONS THAT NEEDED TO BE MADE TO THE WORK ORDER. THEY SENT OUT TWO TECHNICIANS, EDDIE AND BRIAN, TO DO THE NECESSARY WORK. THEY WERE ON TIME, PERFORMED THE WORK, GAVE ME SOME TIPS FOR FUTURE USE, AND LEFT. ALL MY COMPUTERS NOW TALK TO THE INTERNET AND EACH OTHER, AND ALL CAN NOW PRINT TO MY PRINTER WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM. I WOULD DEFINITELY USE THESE GUYS AGAIN. THE PRICING IS REASONABLE, QUALITY WAS FINE.
Description of Work: I HAD 5 COMPUTERS NETWORKED USING WIRED AND WIRELESS TECHNOLOGY SO THAT EACH HAS ACCESS TO THE INTERNET THROUGH MY DSL MODEM, AS WELL AS PRINT CAPABILITY THROUGH A SEPARATE PRINT SERVER. ALL PRETTY MUCH GEEK SPEAK TO ME.
