After I got home from work and days after, I started asking others about the extreme slope; and they said that it was too severe. At that point, I had nothing to 'put' on the patio; so I couldn't truly tell the degree yet. Not long after (several months), I finally got my hot tub; long story short .. the hot tub guys had to shim my tub 4" on the end farthest from the house! No amount of calls or emails got response from Mr. Lamb. I have tried to contact him several times to come out and take a look/fix the issue. I've not gotten a response of any kind - positive or negative. I plan on submitting a claim to the BBB and also contact Howard Ain regarding my dilemma. Not only would this cost me a fortune to re-do; it would cost me a similar fortune to try and remedy! I don't know what else to do.
Description of Work: Mr. Lamb came to my home and gave me a quote to put in a poured patio at the rear of my home that would support a hot tub next to the rear of the home (2-3 ft out); and an approximate overall size of 20 x 25 (unusual shape). The patio was installed and i came out to take a look (from work). I mentioned the appearance of a severe slope, Mr. Lamb commented that it was needed for proper drainage - so I paid him the balance (in cash .. yes i know).
