I had a slow running tub & shower in an upstairs bath room.  This bathroom had not been used in many years.  I put bleach in the drains and after 1 hour everything was drained.  The next day my wife called me at work and said toilet had over flowed on a lower level.  I called Elloitt & Bradley, they had done work for me in the past & I was very happy with the job they had done.  They came to our house promptly and cleared the blockage.  No issues since service.

We had our downstairs toilet flood because of the washing machine upstairs backing into it - I called the company with an emergency and they were out within a few hours to snake the line. The problem ended up being out in the yard. It turned out they could only get a very small bit through the drain line, but it opened it up enough to give us some time to have the work done. They gave us an estimate to fix a small area that seemed to be the problem and we scheduled it - the guy who came out was very upfront and said this spot they opened up might stay open for a year but it could also close back up in a month, so it was really up to us and what we wanted to do. Unfortunately when they came out to do the initial work, we discovered that the rest of the line was in ruin. It took another four days before they were able to come and excavate the whole line - I wasn't clear on exactly when they were coming back, so I think communication could have been better. However, they did a nice job and we haven't had a problem since.

A plumber from a different plumbing company fixed my old disposal by putting ice cubes in it and hitting the reset button. 
In addition, another bathroom had continuously running water, a new problem, from the day that Elliot and Bradley left.  This too  needed to be corrected.

They did a good job, and they came on time.  They did everything very quickly, and I was fully satisified with their service.

They were very professional and they came out right away. They were very professional and easy to work with.

I thought that they were relatively inefficient. He had to come twice to fix the issue.

They are very very good. Instead of digging up the whole yard, they managed to put a smaller pipe within the pipe and it has worked well. They were very knowledgeable, efficient, and delightful. They had to dig up one square of our sidewalk and did a great job with the replacement.

They did a good job and took care of all of the permits.

It went well. The phone line was cut but the repair was taken care of without a problem.

We noticed the water running through our pipes was louder than normal and our main water pipe was leaking. John came over and checked the water pressure - and found the pressure was too high. He inspected the pressure valve and replaced it because it was defective. He replaced the valve and in the process found a defective seal in the pipe gasket so he replaced it.

They were very professional. They cleaned up their mess. The men that came to the house were very courteous and pleasant to have in our home. We were pleased with everything.

The work seems competently executed, but the service was ridiculously poor. I gave multiple contact numbers to Mr. Elliott as I was eager to have the work completed quickly (a leaking water heater prompted the desire to bring in the gas line), and because I have two jobs and am often not easily reached by phone. He did not call back until my second call to his company. A time was scheduled on a Saturday for the estimate. Three hours late and after getting my annoyed phone message on his machine, he called to say he's be over in 15 minutes. At this point I was seeing red flags, but proceeded with this company, because I wanted to move quickly and thought the fact that they could do both the excavating and plumbing would speed the process. His employees needed access to the house three times to complete this job and the energy company needed access once. I never received advance notice of any of these times. They showed up each time without warning. One of the times when his employees were working outside at my house while I was at home, a person from the energy company arrived to do an inspection, but left because he couldn't get access to the house. For some unknown reason they did not ring the bell, knock, or call me. They DID call and leave messages with two of my contacts to ask if they (the alternate contacts) could come within 20 minutes to let the inspector in. Both of my contacts were unavailable and didn't receive the messages until later in the day. I placed many calls and left many messages; most of which went unanswered. The entire process took a month to complete, when I had been led to believe that it would take only two days of the excavator/plumber's time and maybe a week for the energy company to fit in a time for the inspection. I am very glad the job is finished. Everything seems to be working, with the exception of Elliott and Bradley's customer service.

I called Elliot and Bradley Plumbing on Thursday with a sewer backup. They were able to "work me in" the following Monday but couldn't promise a time. Mr. Elliot called me about 8:00a.m. Monday, arrived at 8:30a.m., and finished the job by 10:30a.m. They totally cleaned up the "mess" in the basement and left everything better than when they arrived.

Excellent work. There was no mess. They did not tear up the yard. All work was underground. They bored through the foundation of the house and sealed with hydraulic cement. They were very neat in the house with tarps placed over all flooring/carpeting. Mr. Elliott cut out drywall to accommodate the copper water pipe. He covered the hole in the drywall with a nice looking panel. He and his crew cleaned up after they finished with work. The job took half the time they thought it would. The crew showed up on time at 8:30 and were gone by 1:00 pm. Mr. Elliott was present for the entire job. You can't even tell that any work was done at the house. That's just how neat they were!

Don Elliott and his crew did a great job in fixing a very messy sewer leak buried deep under our front yard. They worked long hours in freezing rain and in the dark to fix this problem.

I've hired this company 3 times now based on their original service. One of the owners (Elliott) came over himself to replace the tank. He was running late & his office called to tell me so. He gave me pointers on protecting my water pipes & replaced the part in less than 20 minutes.

WE WERE THRILLED WITH THEIR WORK. THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME, AND WORKED FROM 7-7PM EACH DAY, TO COMPLETE THE JOB. THE OWNER CAME OVER EACH DAY TO CHECK PROGRESS. THEIR EMPLOYEES WERE EXTREMELY POLITE, I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS PLUMBING WORK, OF ANY KIND, DONE.

I WAS VERY SATISFIED.
