EXCELLENT. I would strongly recommend Dwyer for this type of work. They did excellent work and did NOT waste anytime while on the job. Cleaned up well after the job with little damage to my yard even though they had to bring in a tractor to remove the dirt around my house before adding the piers.

GREAT! The guys were professional from the start to the finish. No pushy salesman and treated me with respect. As a woman I appreciate this. I am going to sell my house and needed the garage to look good. Did as they said they would do. Barney was the technician and did a great job. A little more expensive than another quote I got but it was well worth the money.

They installed piers to repair foundation issues. They were professional and communicated effectively about what needed to be done and what their process would be. They followed up as planned.

work done on schedule and looks pretty good. I need some follow up work done by someone else to repair the concrete along the edges (not related to Dwyer work) and fill in/seal the space between the patio and the wall. The drill holes were a little larger than I anticipated but not a big deal.

After receiving quotes from other companies that wanted to cut holes in basement floor to install hydraulic jacks to bedrock which would have cost several thousands of dollars and been unnecessary (cracks have not progressed in past 6 years and do not leak, house is 90 years old), Dwyer came out and offered the solution of injection at a fraction of the cost. They saying jacking the house was completely unnecessary. Work was done on-time and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. The technician did a nice job, was personable, and cleaned up after himself.

Dwyer sent someone to look at the damage and give me a quote the next business day after I called, and their price was better than another foundation company that I also got a quote from. They came out to do the work the week before Christmas, and took pictures of the foundation and drain pipes during excavation at my request. They installed three piers around the corner of the foundation that had sagged, and filled the crack with epoxy.

Dwyer Co. eliminated both problems. They arrived as scheduled, commenced work, and had the slabs elevated in a relatively short period of time. They filled the holes created to inject the new concrete and smoothed the fill so the slabs look appropriate.

I contacted Dwyer regarding mudjacking beneath our front porch which is approximately 90 sq ft. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry sending someone out the week after I contacted them to provide a quote. They provided a quote of $900, and said for me to contact them once I was ready to proceed. I told them it would be a few weeks before I was ready to schedule because we were having a large party at our house that month. I did contact them a few weeks later, signed my quote and was ready to proceed. When I called to discuss scheduling, I was told by the admin that the scheduler was out of town and would contact me in the next few days. When I didn't receive a call from the scheduler by the end of the week, the admin again told me that she couldn't help me and the scheduler would be in touch. I tried one more time the following week, and still was told that the scheduler would contact me. Several weeks went by and I still heard nothing from Dwyer. I was ready to move so I actually called A-1 Concrete Leveling, and they came out to provide a quote. Their quote was $300 cheaper and I was able to schedule on the spot with the estimator. Sure enough, at least three weeks later after I had confirmed a better deal, Dwyer called to say they were ready to schedule and they had a cancellation so they wanted to get me in the next morning.
I was not impressed with customer service, and to call only because you have a cancellation and try to schedule the next day? Extremely pleased that I went with another company for this service.
