EXCELLENT. I would strongly recommend Dwyer for this type of work. They did excellent work and did NOT waste anytime while on the job. Cleaned up well after the job with little damage to my yard even though they had to bring in a tractor to remove the dirt around my house before adding the piers.

GREAT! The guys were professional from the start to the finish. No pushy salesman and treated me with respect. As a woman I appreciate this. I am going to sell my house and needed the garage to look good. Did as they said they would do. Barney was the technician and did a great job. A little more expensive than another quote I got but it was well worth the money.

They installed piers to repair foundation issues. They were professional and communicated effectively about what needed to be done and what their process would be. They followed up as planned.

work done on schedule and looks pretty good. I need some follow up work done by someone else to repair the concrete along the edges (not related to Dwyer work) and fill in/seal the space between the patio and the wall. The drill holes were a little larger than I anticipated but not a big deal.

After receiving quotes from other companies that wanted to cut holes in basement floor to install hydraulic jacks to bedrock which would have cost several thousands of dollars and been unnecessary (cracks have not progressed in past 6 years and do not leak, house is 90 years old), Dwyer came out and offered the solution of injection at a fraction of the cost. They saying jacking the house was completely unnecessary. Work was done on-time and we were charged exactly what we were quoted. The technician did a nice job, was personable, and cleaned up after himself.

Dwyer sent someone to look at the damage and give me a quote the next business day after I called, and their price was better than another foundation company that I also got a quote from. They came out to do the work the week before Christmas, and took pictures of the foundation and drain pipes during excavation at my request. They installed three piers around the corner of the foundation that had sagged, and filled the crack with epoxy.

Dwyer Co. eliminated both problems. They arrived as scheduled, commenced work, and had the slabs elevated in a relatively short period of time. They filled the holes created to inject the new concrete and smoothed the fill so the slabs look appropriate.

Showed up on time and performed the ageeded upon slab jacking in a professional manner. A year later, have no complaints with quality of work.

Went fine. They honored their 3 yr warranty... as they came back with no hassle to adjust some of the slabs. They did not do a very good job cementing/plugging the new drill holes. I would have no problem using them again, but I would look more carefully at the pluging of the drill holes.
