Dillingham's Plumbing has been in business since November 1, 1996. We are a small family owned plumbing/remodeling company serving all of greater Cincinnati and the surrounding areas. Alan Dillingham, Owner, is a licensed and bonded Master Plumber with over 30 years of experience. Also certified in backflow preventer testing, installation and repairs for the State of Ohio. Dishwasher would not fill with water. Alan and a helper took about 15 minutes to determine it was not a plumbing malfunction, checking all the hoses, and running a few tests. It turned out to be a mechanical one with washer itself. He only charged me for the actual time spent instead of the hourly rate. I have used Dillingham for over 10 years and have been very satisfied

Mark had the job completed in a couple hours. I had expected the cost to
be much higher. He was professional and informative as far as the
maintenance and care of the system.

I highly recommend them. We had a forty plus year old toilet with bolts that had turned to rust dust. As such, the toilet was wobbling. Mark, the plumber, said he could replace the bolts but showed me that the toilet was failing. Even though we replaced the toilet mechanics a year ago, the toilet itself was failing. He just stated the facts and did not try to sell me anything.

I decided to purchase a new toilet. He told me to go buy one as he took out the old toilet. When I returned with the new one, he was ready to install it.

He then cleaned out a drain that had been slow for years but was totally stopped.

The price seemed good and Mark was extremely professional, neat, clean, and nice.

I cannot say enough good things about them.

I ahve beenusing Dillingham for about 10 years. Always professional. Never a problem

The latest service was to keep water from entering my workshop. Tough job. Had to remove blacktop and dig a trench tor a drain grate. Works perfectily after some hard rains. Oh, did I mention that this job was when the weather was in the high 90's

They installed a sink that was previously purchased but it had a part missing. The man forgot to tighten the faucet. He came back 2 different times to make adjustments.

WE WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. THE PLUMBER WAS VERY THOROUGH IN HIS WORK AND MADE A RECOMMENDATION TO US TO FIX SOMETHING OURSELVES INSTEAD OF PAYING HIM EXTRA TO FIX IT.
