GREAT!!!! David was EXCEPTIONAL in everything he did for me. He successfully navigated through a "Short Sale", helped get the occupant out of the home (they were reluctant to leave) and fully coordinated the remodeling of an older home so that the home could become handicap accessible. David is very professional and personable. His skills go so far beyond traditional real estate services that it is hard to quantify. Not only did David close a difficult real estate deal, he oversaw the complete rennovation of a home that I had purchased for my elderly parents. Because I live out of state, David handled EVERYTHING! He did the contracting work as if he was doing it for his own parents. He is honest, efficient, hard working and very creative!! I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, sell or remodel a home!
