"As a medical professional, the memberneeds to be more honest in her report which is a fraud. We never told the member that we are licensed home inspectors. We stated to her that we are licensed Professional Engineers. Further, we never told the member, that the owner of the Company will be going down to inspect the property as we have more than a dozen jobs in a weeks time and one engineer could not cover all of them. Nonetheless, when the member called after the inspection and voiced her concerns and her misunderstanding, we offered her A FULL REFUND OF $550 that she turned down. The member refused to accept the refund and asked us to proceed with the report. After spending hours on the report and emailing it to her, she didn't like our conclusions and started poking holes in the report. BTW, she WALKED AWAY from the property based on our recommendations. In Summary, the member walked away from the home based on our recommendations, and disputed the fee with the Credit Card Co. and got her money back. The Credit Card Co, advised us to sue her as they always take the side of consumer not the merchant. The member continue to try to ruin our reputation, however, we have thousands of satisfied customers although most of them are not on this list! Angie's List should consider fraudulent claims before publishing on their website as we can simply jut drop out of this list and the member should also be sensitive to her position as a medical professional working for children’s hospital."
