We've started a free-roof program called Project Parasol. Through our connections with the Dragonfly Foundation, Origins Church West Chester and the Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities, we've provided free roof services to families in need.

Eric Battenfield came out from Continental Roof Company on a Friday evening around 5:45 pm. Eric was extremely thorough and was at our house for over an hour trying to locate the problem. He removed some siding in the process but put it all back before he left. There was one piece of siding he couldn't quite get back in the right place. When he came back a second time, he brought a tool to make sure the one piece of siding would be put back properly. He didn't forget and just leave it. We received a quote within 24 hours and the work was completed sooner than originally estimated. After the work was completed, you would never know anyone had been working on our roof because everything was cleaned up and spotless. I would highly recommend Eric with Continental Roof Company and they will be our go to for any future roofing needs.

Wonderful experience and opened my eyes to what benefits homeowners insurance truly has that we need to take advantage of. Tom, the sales/claims specialist we were lucky enough to work with from Continental was able to work with our insurance company, and get us a new roof by only paying our deductible. Can not say enough about how easy he made the process and was sure we were completely comfortable with the decision making process without any pressure. Roofers arrived promptly in the morning and were done by mid evening, working extremely efficiently while maintaining a high quality of work. I highly recommend going with Continental if you are having any issues with your roof, and if you aren't sure about insurance, they will figure it out for you and put your mind at ease.
