Mark's team installed a bathroom (no rough in, this was from scratch) and finished our basement. We had several quotes and he was significantly less than the others we received. We are very money conscious, but also want a quality job. He satisfied us on both counts. He was very responsive to all of our concerns.

They were very responsive to all of our requests...even the last minute ones. Very professional and did great work.

They were great. They did a bunch of extra things on it that we asked them to do. I was really pleased and happy with the end results. They were professional, they were courteous, and the manager knew what was going on. The job manager was here off and on throughout the job and they were very responsive every time we had a question.

We spent between $8000 and $10000. We had received several estimates and their estimate was kind of in the middle. They weren’t the most expensive, but they weren’t the cheapest too. The drywall people were horrible as far as when they were here and when they were going to be here or when they would be gone. Everybody else was great. Everybody except the drywall people showed up on time when they said they would show up. We had someone else recommended by our friend who did our bathroom and I liked them a lot better. So I would probably go with them if I need to do anything else.

Cincinnati Basements did a great job. Mark, Dave and the guys gave me multiple suggestions for the design before and during the process. Instead of just putting up walls they suggested several extra touches that really added character to my basement. The job did take a week longer then planned and there was a lack of communication with the drywall crew, they never told me when they were arriving or leaving. All the other crews were great. Each night they would clean up. Overall I was very pleased with the quality of the work. The basement is my families favorite area in the house.

The workers at Cincinnati Basements do a good job. They have a big crew and they did it all. They are pretty efficient and relatively timely. I was extremely satisfied in the end. They were honest and up front.

THEY WERE UP FRONT ABOUT THE TIME FRAME OF FIVE WEEKS, WE REALLY SHOULD HAVE ARGUED ABOUT THAT AND SAID THREE WEEKS. THERE WAS A LOT OF WASTED TIME. SOME DAYS THEY WERE THERE AND OTHER DAYS THEY WERE NOT. THEY DID DO A GREAT JOB ON EVERYTHING THOUGH.
