They did an alright job detailing the inside of my car, but they broke the latch to armrest in my car, a compartment which I haven't opened in months, which is now popping up and hitting me in the arm all the time. At first they said they would make it right, got all the information about my car and were trying to find a replacement part. Then they went into radio silence. They stopped responding to texts / voicemails. I finally got an e-mail back a week and a half after the incident saying they they thought about it a while and decided they couldn't possibility have broken in... says their tech didn't break anything. Very disappointed. :(
Response from Champion Elite Detailing
"Unfortunately small businesses from time to time get taking advantage of. This customer ask to have his interior cleaned and that's what we did. He said his center armrest is now broke which in fact it was already like that. I ask the tech who has been with us for over 5 years about the claim and he said, "no way boss....that armrest was like that sir when he dropped it off". The tech doesn't have any reason to lie, we are insured and bonded for over $500,000. Also, Its impossible for us to break this center armrest clip that the customer is claiming. Maybe if someone took a crowbar to pry it open, if that's the case then he is saying we intentionally try to damage his armrest when in fact it was broke prior to us cleaning it. Even though we try to please all customer, from time to time the public may try and take advantage. The customer mentioned he hasn't opened the console for months, im assuming it was already broke and he never noticed. I don't have a problem fixing or replacing something if we are at fault but i do have a problem billing my insurance company for false claims."

I needed to have my single cab pickup truck detailed. The owner came an picked it up. He returned it 3 hours later. The work was very incomplete and much of the work was hit and miss. It still had some bug splatters on the hood and front, the wheel covers were partially cleaned in the middle only, not around the edges, the truck bed had not been cleaned at all or waxed as we discussed. There was dirt still in the cracks and crevices. He was supposed to clean under the hood and that too was hit and miss with leaves and debris still stuck here and there. The tops of the various parts were partially cleaned and other areas completely missed. The inside of the cab had been cleaned much better and would have been satisfactory, except the door jams had been partially missed. I should have known from the beginning that something was not right with this provider, because he demanded all the payment up front before he even did any work. When he returned the vehicle, he should have ask me to come out to inspect his work and make sure everything was satisfactory and then received payment. I will never use this business again.

"We appreciate [member name removed] business but i feel we were not fairly graded. The vehicle was a "Farm" truck keep in mind. The was body damage all around with scratches like its in a fight with a bobwire fence, We dont wax bedliners....sorry. The inside of the truck once had animals, obvious pet hair everywhere. Under the hood is where the Engine is, we hand cleaned that area the best we could and yes she is right there was hay and leaves all over the place, impossible to remove all of it. The bug splatters cant be removed; reason why......Bug guts have acid in their digestive system when the land on the painted surface (if not removed) it will eat through the clear coat, same effect with bird droppings. Its very important to always wash the vehicle at once a week to prevent this from happening. This particular truck i assume was on a farm somewhere and was very neglected for most of its life. I know its hard to please every customer but we try, based on the condition of each vehicle will depend on its results. Im sorry [member name removed] was unhappy, especially since i gave her a 50% discount plus i picked up her vehicle. Giving a quote over the phone before seeing the vehicle was a mistake in this case. We still even after this experience we appreciate her business."

It was hard to schedule. Left 3 voicemails before I got a response. Then it took 2 more months for an available slot.

I had purchased a discount deal off groupon for both vehicles at Xmas. I paid $110 vs the normal price, which I believe is $320 for the VIP complete detail service.
I called ahead to schedule the vehicles to be done on consecutive days. The truck is my Dad's. We dropped it off the night before and was told it would be ready by 4:30pm. In both instances we were told 4:30pm and in both instances I was called around 2pm.
The truck is a Dodge Dakota and it turned out pretty nice with the only problem I remember were dirt smudges around the edge of the bed that I could scratch off with my fingernail and excessive silicone on the radio and various dash controls.
The car is a Chevy Impala. There were several interior spots that were missed. The rear view mirror was not touched. As well as dirty windows around the inside edges ( appear to be cleaned without rolling windows down), smudged outside mirrors.
I asked the person at the window who said he was the owner to come out and see what was missed. He asked to tell him what was missed. He started to write down what I told him, even when I insisted he come look at it. I ended up getting a pen a paper going back out to the car and listing what I felt was missed. I gave it to him and told him I would be back the following day.
The next day almost all of the items were taken care of with the exception of the rear view mirror which again was not touched. Also, the car had been sitting outside and had bird crap on it.
For being the owner of the company, I was quite put off by his disregard to walk 50 to see my concerns and write them down himself. I do understand I got this service at a discount but, I believe the purpose of the discount is to get me in there so I would want to continue to do business there. For the $110 is was a pretty good job. If I had to pay the regular price, I would have been rather upset with the service. If I am going to pay $300+ for a detail, I believe there should be problems at ALL!! I can not recommend this to anyone who pays full price. If you get the deal in the future, I would consider it but, I would rather try someone else first.

Excellent service. Car looked showroom perfect. They did an outstanding job buffing out some lime deposits that were on the car. Only drawback is the location...not very centralized way up in Mason. But they do offer pick up/delivery service (for $25). Highly recommend these guys if you love your car.
