Window Service
The first time it rained and we realized that they leaked, we called the company to tell them about the leaking. One guy came out and saw that they leaked, told me to submit a warranty claim, I did, they got back to me and said it was an installation issue. I had someone come out and tell me they were installed correctly and that is was not an installation issue. He said a lot of companies stopped selling this brand of windows because of the leaking problem. When I talked to the company that installed them again they said there was nothing wrong with their windows and they werent going to do anything about it. Now we are stuck with windows that leak water and let air in to the house.
