We have been very satisfied with them. I have a yearly contract so they come out twice a year. They have done a great job. They do what is best for the customer and they do not do more then they should and price you out. They do not take advantage of the situation. There has been times when they are like lets just do this and it will say you $200. They do not upsell you.

Airtron has been very consistent when it comes to my air conditioner. This was the third time that they had come out. They didn't charge me anything and didn't fix anything. They charged me for taking care of a leak which they did not do, and they did a lot of unnecessary stuff. I had to call them out here on a Sunday and it took them forever to come back. It was ridiculous, they didn't do a thorough job, for the amount of money they charged me. They told me when they were going to be here and they were here. They said that someone was tampering with my unit.
