The call was made at 7am an they were out at 2pm. Very professional and recognized that the thermostat was bad and uncovered that the emergency heat was not wired properly. They did a temp fix until thermostat could be replaced but we still had issues that night. I left a message at 6am and received a call back at 7:30am. They were going to rush the fix and came out at 4pm the same day. Low and behold, still had an issue at night with the same problem as before. They came back out at 2pm to try and figure out what the issue was. They replaced another part and now seems to be working. Very prompt and professional and helpful.
