Great service and quality work

I wanted to give a quick shout out to Jordan Nash and Cutting Edge Flooring Services. The photo in the top left is a before and after. They did a great job and Jordan is super attentive to every detail. Jordan came out to my house 4 times to check on us during our 1.5 day install. Itâ s almost like someone waved a wand and POOF! MAGIC!

Staff was very customer service oriented.

Mark and his install team did a fantastic job, were good partners in making design/aesthetic decisions, and completed the project on time and in budget. The wood floor looks perfect. What more could you ask for? We'll be calling him back for carpet estimates soon.

Cutting Edge was wonderful to work with. They took steps to minimize dust and odors from the work. The finished product is really beautiful, and I'm thinking of having them back to do more work!

Mark responded very quickly and was right on time for the estimation. His cost estimation is very reasonable. Dave is very nice and professional and was willing to answer my concerns and questions. He did great job with shower wall and floor tiles. I think this is a company with integrity and good work quality.

The job went well. They came in around 10am and finished the same date at 5:30-6pm, for a room of 300 sq ft. The furniture was moved safely. Three weeks after the install, I still find the installation was generally done well. (+) positives 1. Price was very competitive. 2. Work was completed on time and old materials removed. 3. The installers were friendly. (-) potential areas to improve. Both items are minor. 1. Communication on scheduling the install could be better. 2. Leftover hardwood supplies were left behind, when I said I had no use for them.

Laminate flooring was installed as well as tile in 4 rooms. Pipe bursted when crew was turning off water to take toilet out to install tile. They said they were not responsible for damage. We had to ask crew to close gaps in laminate floor in a few areas & they fixed them then when we moved refrigerator to paint walls in kitchen we found gap between tile and cabinet showing only subfloor. Mark said cabinet must have been moved but that is not possible. He didn't offer to come and check out problem. We are very disappointed they didn't do job professionally.

Anthony's crew showed up at 9am and finished installing our woods floors in the master bedroom in one day. Anthony was kind enough to squeeze us in to his busy schedule. They finished at 9pm and did a top notch job.

Did a great job. They also evened out the carpet in my living room as part of the deal.

They were very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough. They even went the extra mile including fixing the squeeks in my floor. I am extremely satisfied with the finished project.
