Dayton Custom Cabinets

Cabinets Brought (Happy) Tears to My Eyes We had removed a large chimney structure around an old 48 inch gas range in our kitchen. In order to integrate our new 54 inch professional hood, we needed a 16 inch deep cabinet created and installed at the ceiling and something to fill the spaces between the range and the existing counters/cabinets on each side. Additionally, we?d removed an electric oven and were replacing it with a smaller speed microwave. We needed a new cabinet to house the microwave. A couple of businesses proposed to create and install the cabinets, but the prices were high and the timing wasn?t working with our needs. As a last-ditch effort, we posted our project on Thumbtack. When Doug Taylor replied to our request, we were cautiously optimistic about his availability and pricing. Needless to say, he did not disappoint us in the slightest. Doug is not only professional, prompt, and responsive, he is a true craftsman and artist. His measurements were meticulous and the cabinets and trim he constructed to fit into our existing kitchen look like they were made right alongside their companion cabinetry. Same detail. Same color and finish. Dayton Custom Cabinets far exceeded our expectations for beautiful cabinets. We will certainly be using Doug in the future for all our cabinet and custom woodworking needs.
