Found the problem in the outside outlet near the front door. corrosion in the wires hooked to the outlet, they were punch in terminal type, not screw in, Changed to new screw in terminal outlet and the problem with the outlets in the living room were fixed. The outside wiring was routing to the inside living room outlets, causing the outage in the living room.
