THEY WERE RESPONSIVE TO OUR REQUEST FOR A QUOTE AND MADE GOOD SUGGESTIONS:THE STYLE AND COATING/COLOR OF THE RAILING. DUE TO PROBLEMS AND NUMEROUS DELAYS WITH THE COATING SUB-CONTRACTORS; HOWEVER, WE HAD TO WAIT MORE THAN FOUR MONTHS FOR A JOB THAT WE HAD EXPECTED TO TAKE CONSIDERABLY LESS. WHILE THEY WERE APOLOGETIC AND APPRECIATIVE OF OUR PATIENCE,WE WOULD HAVE LIKED TO HAVE AVOIDED THE DELAYS. AS A GOOD WILL GESTURE, ELEGANT IRON REDUCED OUR TOTAL BILL BY 10% AS COMPENSATION FOR THE DELAYS. THEY DID A REALLY NICE JOB ON THE INSTALLATION AND WE ARE PLEASED WITH THE NEW RAILING AND SCROLL-WORK.
