Guy checked everything on my compressor outside and said I needed a new compressor. Tested capacitor’s and filled it with gas. Said I needed a new compressor. Thousands of dollars. I didn’t believe him. Had an HONEST guy come check it out. One capacitor was bad and it had over 3 times the amount of gas in it than it was rated for. Will never call again. Came home to nice cold AC today for a total of $350 instead of $4,000!

I have used them to install a new heat and ac system and for a couple of plumbing issues. The service men were prompt and knowledgeable. I would definitely use them again.

We use this business both at work and at home. The service people are friendly, professional, and competent. Highly recommended by our building manager at work which is why we switched to them at home when our in-town HVAC business closed. Knowledgeable about older systems and older buildings. Our home A/C filter and ductwork are located in an attic accessible only by a panel in the garage -- ladder and screwdriver needed. No problem and no fussing from the service person.
Work is a 139-year-old historic building retrofitted with a new heating and cooling system in 1996 by another contractor. We've been very happy with the service provided by Wellington Indoor Comfort -- they come quickly and are able to resolve the problem -- they have worked on both heating and cooling issues. We have a lot of children and families using our building so when the A/C or heating conks out -- it's usually a crisis -- we appreciate the quick response and awareness of urgency!

As is evident from the above description, things did not go well at all. If at all possible I will never call this company again!

After the units arrived, we were able to set up a date to have the installation completed. There was no long wait for equipment or scheduling an opening. It all happened in short order. The whole installation process took 2 days, and when they were done, you would not know they had been here. The mini-split compressor units sit on either end of the house, and provide the heating/cooling medium to be sent into the wall units inside our home. The inside units are attractive, quiet and very efficient. The unit we selected for our bedroom/sitting room looks like a 24and quot; square picture frame. If you didn't know what it was, you would be hard pressed to call it an air conditioner/heater.
The installation crew were friendly and even put up with our 2 Jack Russel terriers snooping around. The installation was quick, quiet and the clean-up exceptional.
Some weeks after the installation, one unit developed a cooling problem. After a call to Wellington Indoor, a technician was out the next day, and fixed the problem. (a plastic control coupling had slipped loose. This was a factory issue, not related to the installation.) The repair call took maybe a half hour, and no other problems have developed.
We are completely satisfied with the work performed and the quality and professionalism of everyone we have dealt with at Wellington Indoor Comfort.
