It went very well. He went to the house, did a diagnostic on the dishwasher and called me right away with the results. He was very honest with me and told me that it would probably be more cost effective for me to just purchase a new dishwasher. The dishwasher was over 5 years old and he advised me that the life on that brand was typically 5 years or less. He recommended a few other brands that had a better track record. The cost for travel to the home, and the diagnostic was very reasonable. I really appreicated his quick response and his HONESTY. I will definately call him again if I need his services in the future. It's so refreshing to work with someone who is honest, reasonably priced, and provides quick service. Very pleased with this company!! Thank you!!

He had to make two trips one to find the problem, the other to replace the switch. He was on time and came back when he he said he would to finish the repair.

I have used Paul's on several occasions. He is very knowledgeable and explains the situation. I have been satisfied with his work and advise on repairs. Sometimes he even suggested a replacement rather than hiring him to do a repair. In the long run, this ended up saving me more money.

I have used their services twice and both times the representative diagnosed the problem accurately and fixed the same. I like their services and will continue to use the same in future.

Paul does not often come from Wellington up to the Amherst area, but I caught him at a time when he was already scheduled to be in Oberlin, and he agreed to come up and look at my aging washer. He was punctual, professional, honest, and expert. A part was needed, but the repair was complete within a week. He said that if I were to need service in the future, and could allow him to work the trip into his schedule to avoid excess mileage, that he would be glad to include Amherst in his route.
