MATT'S MATTES

He charged me for the product plus shipping. He wrote on the receipt that he would mail it on April 1st. I have still not received the mattes. I have called many times and left messages, and have not heard back from him.

We ordered via the website, which promised 3 weeks turnaround time. We promptly received an email from Matt suggesting an alternative that might save us a little money, and agreed to it, because it was an item he had in stock and could turn around quickly. We ordered this gift a full 4 weeks ahead of my mothers birthday. Three weeks go by, then 4, then 5. No word from Matt. So, we called the number on the website, and left a message. No response for another week, and we called again. Spoke to Matt himself, he recalled our order, was swamped, and promised to get it out to us. Two more weeks went by. No word, so we called back again. Same story, but we were told it would ship in a week. A week goes by, still nothing, so we call back a third time. Big apologies on Matt's part, this never happens, etc. Finally, after another week and a half, it gets here - a full two months after it was supposed to. The kicker? He overcharged us by $20 on our credit card!
