HE SEEMED COMPETENT ENOUGH WHEN HE QUOTED THE WORK, BUT THE PERSON THAT SHOWED UP WAS TOTALLY UNPREPARED, INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SUSPECT BY THE SLOPPY JOB HE DID WHEN HE WAS WORKING THAT HE HAD NEVER DONE THIS TYPE OF WORK BEFORE. I SHOULD FEEL FORTUNATE HE DIDN'T DO ANY FURTHER DAMAGE.
