 + -1 moreHE SEEMED COMPETENT ENOUGH WHEN HE QUOTED THE WORK, BUT THE PERSON THAT SHOWED UP WAS TOTALLY UNPREPARED, INCOMPETENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL. I SUSPECT BY THE SLOPPY JOB HE DID WHEN HE WAS WORKING THAT HE HAD NEVER DONE THIS TYPE OF WORK BEFORE. I SHOULD FEEL FORTUNATE HE DIDN'T DO ANY FURTHER DAMAGE.
Description of Work: WE HIRED THEM TO DO SOME TUCK POINT WORK ON OUR HOUSE. ONE EMPLOYEE WAS DROPPED OFF WITH HIS TOOLS TO DO THE WORK. AFTER APPROX. 2 HOURS SOMETHING BROKE AND HE WAS UNABLE TO KEEP WORKING, BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS AND COULDN'T GO GET THEM BECAUSE HE DIDN'T HAVE A CAR. HE TOLD US IT WOULD BE AT LEAST 1 1/2 HOURS BEFORE SOMEONE WOULD SHOW UP AND BRING HIM THE PARTS. HE HUNG AROUND AND ENDED UP SLEEPING ON OUR FRONT PORCH UNTIL SOMEONE PICKED HIM UP. HE DID NO FURTHER WORK THAT DAY. WE WERE TOLD A CREW WOULD BE THERE THE NEXT DAY, BUT NO ONE EVER SHOWED UP. WE CALLED THE MAN WHO GAVE US THE QUOTE TWICE, BUT HE NEVER CALLED BACK. I GUESS HE FIGURED OUT WE DIDN'T WANT THEM BACK.
