Scott removed all of the rotten wood and replaced it with new lumber.  He then custom made a cap to put over the wood.  The garage actually functions better and looks better than when it was brand new.  He completely cleaned up his work area and took all of the trashed wood with him.  When he came in the front door, he noticed it was crooked and closed hard.  He then spent 20 minutes  straightening the door and making it close easier, NO CHARGE!  I plan on using Scot for additional work in the spring/

Went very well. Did the job even better than we had hoped. People that live in neighborhood still comment on how nice the house turned out.

We had used Scott recently to side and put in a few replacement windows, and decided we wanted him to remodel a small bath for us at the home in Westlake. We did not even bother with a second estimate..based on past experience with Scott. We purchased all the materials with his advice. As he began tearing out the old fictures..walls to the studs and floor to the joists..we purchased and he helped us get some of the items home. we changed to a tile floor..and wow..he did a fantastic job of installing it and layout of the pattern..beautiful. We are doing the painting etc  ourselves as we decide on colors and so on...and every step makes us even more pleased with our choices.

We met Scott through both the girlfriends sister and a neighbor down the street that was using him for siding work. After meeting Sc ott and talking for a bit, we had him up to measure, go over options and look at samples. He then came over in a few days with an estimate, one of 4 we received. After we agreed to hire him, he came back with a contract. At this point, we were a little nervous...he needed roughly 2/3 down before ordering materials. That is scary...but it has to do with him being a one man show..and not tying up what credit he has to sink into materials..esp. on more than one job. After we talked to the neighbor..and thought of our impressions we decided to go forward and made the deposit..in 10 days to 2 weeks all the materials were delivered and Scott called to set the starting date as the beginning of the following week...He started when promised..and brought a helper. The two of them worked everyday that the weather cooperated, and did the job with some of the highest craftmanship we have witnessed in any job...we were so impressed and thrilled with the work that we hired him for a remodeling job..that is another report.

NOTE: the siding and window job on this home changed the appearance so much, that the neighbors driving by  or walking by would stop to tell us how much the home was improved..or as the ladies put it..the home was absolutely beautiful.

We are thrilled with both the appearance and quality of the job.

OVERALL EXPERIENCE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN BETTER. I WOULD HIRE THIS COMPANY TO DO VIRTUALLY ANY HOME REPAIR OR INSTALLATION PROJECT.
