Now that I knew where I was building, he provided me with several home options within my price range. We worked together, along with the architect to modify the house plan to meet our needs. I know he thought I was crazy several times through the process, but he and the architect were able to give me the things that mattered most to me in my new custom home.
Once the the building started, Randy kept me in the loop on a weekly basis with how things were going and any issues he was having. Even when we were having issues with weather or subcontractor delays, Randy was calm and patiently explained what was happening. At each major stage in the project, Randy walked me through the house and made sure I was happy with the final product.
Randy was very attentive to the details and double checked with me throughout the project. It was my first time building a new home and I am very pleased with the final product.
