Randy's TV in home service

Randy was able to come out at short notice. His prices are reasonable and he gets the job done.

He was polite and helpful and fixed the tv within an hour. Although I hope that I won't need his services again, I won't hesitate to call him if I do. I will also recommend him to anyone who needs a tv repair.

Went great. Randy came out and replaced main unit in 60 inch TV. A couple of days later the fan went out (part of the replaced part)...but Randy was right back to fix that as well. TV has run great since.

I. called Randy on Friday evening, he told me he could come out on Saturday and since I wasn't going to be using the t.v., I told him we would wait until Monday. He was there at the time of the appointment and within an hour my t.v. was playing. Overall, I was satisfied with his work and price. I would definitely use his service again.

We called to see if there were any openings to have our TV looked at because the sound went out. Randy told us over the phone what the service charge would be and how much it would probably cost to fix. He arrived within one hour. He brought parts with him, and quickly diagnosed and fixed our problem. He also did a quick fix on getting us a better picture, which we really appreciate! Randy was very polite, clean-cut and friendly. We would definitely call on him again.

Called Randy at 9:15 AM (EST), he answered the phone right away. I explained the we where having a problem with the color blue on our Mitsubishi big screen TV (purchased in 2004). He said that there could be a number of things that would cause the color to go out. Randy said that there would be a $65 service charge and parts and labor. He said that he had some time this morning if we were available.

We thought for sure that we would have to purchase a new TV and had already starting looking on line. What a nice surprise it was to find out that we only had to pay $90 instead of $2000. A very good experience!
