I'd used Tim Herberth before, and knew I'd be getting a quality job. I contacted him early this spring about the project; he told me he couldn't get to it before late this summer, which would have been fine. His schedule cleared, and we got the architect's drawings in early April. Tim and his crew, all exceptional craftsmen, got things under way in early May, demolishing and clearing away the old deck. The whole job took about two weeks from demolition to the last stain being applied, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Tim's ideas for trim work and finishing are absolutely top-notch, and the deck looks splendid. Very solid floor (far stronger than the original). His sub-contractors (electrical, roofing, painting) are likewise the best. I have no hesitation in recommending Precedent..

He was referred to me by a family friend. He is a home builder but he also does remodeling and what not. He is professional, does a really good job and takes care of everything. The downside is that I think he is pretty expensive.
