My first and last trip to Grandma's Garden. I had a hard time finding someone to help me. And when I did find someone he was far from helpful; rather rude and condescending. He kept walking away from me, as I tried to get him to tell me how much something cost. Finally he said to me "what are you pointing at?" In an annoyed tone

They did a fabulous job.  They were very careful, the stone setting was immaculate, the guy who did the work though I don’t recall his name was a perfectionist.  He tried to put every stone in place like it is well woven and it is.  It looks gorgeous today.  Price wise it was expensive but everybody came in right around the same price.  So it was fair.

I just bought a 10 year old home with little landscaping.  I came into Grandma's just looking for a tree, but I ended up hiring them to landscape my front and side yards!  Jerry was very professional and helpful.  He offered to come out free of charge and help me plan out the landscaping around my house.  He helped me choose plants that worked very well in my yard and steered me away from plants that I thought would be good choices but were not.  He also helped me split the work up so that I could do some of it myself.  He and his crew showed up promptly on the pre-scheduled day, cut the new beds, added the necessary soil amenities, planted everything, and had everything complete and cleaned up by mid-day.  I would definitely use Jerry again and would recommend them to any of my friends!

We contacted Grandma's Gardens (one of three we contacted) to propose a design for the front of the house. The landscaper (Jerry) came to the house, determined what the parameters were we had in mind, and drew up a plan. It was by far the best and most economical of the three we had made. Later, he invited us to the greenhouse to describe in great detail what each plant was, its seasonal displays, etc. We had them install it. They made the beds, added appropriate soil, planted/moved plants as appropriate, and did a beautiful job of mulching. They are fabulous, even in the winter! The crew was knowledgeable, friendly, careful, and quite artistic.

The prices are a bit higher than some nurseries, but the quality of the product is top notch. The atmosphere of the place also can't be beat. The grounds are beautiful, the gift shop has really unique items, & they have lots of things for kids, such as a fishing pond & goats to feed. They also have a kid's festival at least once a year that is totally free & includes games, pony rides, & a miniature train ride. Really a top quality place to visit.
