Description of Work: I had Conroy's Home Services work two jobs on my home. The first was soffit repair and painting. This required repairing and replacing pieces of the soffit that had been damaged by water. Then painting of the entire soffit and facia. This was all done around a swimming pool area and CHS took great care to ensure debris did not end up in the pool. Based on the quality work on the first job I asked CHS to return and lay a new tile floor in a full bath. With the multiple trips needed up and down stairs due to the need to cut the tile CHS took care to cover the floor from our front door all the way to the bathroom upstairs. The work was done professionally and courteously.
