Locally owned and operated in Waynesville, Ohio and serving the surrounding areas, the Chateau Group is a contracting and design firm specializing in residential remodeling, design, renovation, new construction, and light commercial. Installation of the gutters was completed on time and installers removed old gutters and installed new fascia boards where needed.
On 5 January 2015, in 14 degree weather, five roofers arrived and stripped off the old shingles on the front half of the house. Over the next 7 days, even though we received several more inches of snow and temps stayed below freezing, they applied the necessary undercoating, replaced the air vents, and finished the entire roof by 12 January.
We are satisfied with the new roof. The roofers protected the unfinished roof at all times, so there was never any interior damage. They did an excellent job of cleanup when they were finished.
The workmen were very personable and easy to deal with. They freely answered any questions and addressed any concerns that were presented to them. The office was always quick to respond and were in constant contact before each phase of the work took place. We have no complaints and would highly recommend them.
Be advised that there is a $450.00 minimum fee from this group.
"We understand that our price is not the lowest (and we have not designed our company to be that way) because our professional staff seeks the highest quality workmanship possible for our clients. To clarify one comment - our minimum charge for a project/task is $150.00 to cover our mobilization and onsite work, not $450.00."
