"Thank you [Member Name Removed], I enjoyed working with you to make your deck safe and enjoyable. Let me know when you want to look at the front porch again."
"Thanks for the wonderful review; we appreciate great clients like you! Let me know if Archadeck can assist you in the future, maybe that hardscape walkway. Tim"
"I apologize that the weather has delayed your project but it is delaying all outdoor projects. We discussed that your project had to be done in stages when you contracted. We are adding onto your existing deck therefore, the old rusty rail had to be removed, the framing had to be extended, the new brick columns built and then we can finish the new handrail between the columns. I discussed initially with Pervis that the masonry work would be subcontracted. It has rained or been muddy almost everyday and the mason has gotten behind. Furthermore, I believe we have returned all messages made to my office and your review of my company is unfairly negative since the circumstances are out of my control. We are working to complete your project as weather permits. I assure you a beautiful deck addition when complete. Again, I'm sorry for the weather delays."
"Thank you contacting us but unfortunately I think you must have missed some of the telephone messages left for you or emails sent to you. I have checked our sent emails and message logs and found the following: six (6) business days after the initial appointment you were sent an email (replying to your email stating you were unable to forward the ideas received 8/29/14, 4 days after initial appointment) outlining the scope of work and costs. This email consisted of much more than the "20 boards" you stated, there were two (2) options. A landing with cascading steps and a landing with a step to a lower deck, both options had the cost associated with it. Furthermore, in the email the office telephone number was provided and an invitation to visit the office to look at materials. We received a telephone message from you on September 15th which we returned and left a message the next day on September 16th and we never received further communication from you. I am sorry you felt as if you didn't receive adequate attention. Customer service is very important to us and after review as the company's owner I feel we met all reasonable efforts but appreciate the feedback on your perception. I wish you luck on your project."
