This moving company is very unprofessional. I called to set up the time with them and they told me that the time was too late in the day and they wanted to get started earlier. They called me later that evening and said they were having issues and wouldn't be able to make it until later in the day. The day they were supposed to be there, they called eleven minutes prior to the time they were supposed to arrive to inform me they had a flat tire and they were on their way. An hour passed and they still were not here, so I called and they said they would be there in thirty minutes. Another forty minutes passed they still didn't arrive, so I called again, now they say it will be another ten to fifteen minutes.By this time they are over two hours late. The owner proceeded to argue with me and my wife on the phone and he hung up on her. Then he wanted me to pay his workers fifty dollars for driving here and the job being canceled. He also wanted me to pay another fifty dollars for the rental truck that they had rented. I called him again and he said because I refused to pay any money he would contact his attorney and see us in court over one hundred dollars. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company for moving. They are unprofessional, rude and don't know how to show up for a job.
