It went well, but it did take several days to completely dry everything out, and put it back to the way it was before the water had gotten in. All in all it sucked it happened, but I am glad Brad took his time and explained everything to me and I am very pleased with the final outcome.
Description of Work: I called Brad to come help me with my basement when it flooded during the construction of my new home, he came out within an hour of my call to him, he helped me figure out what I needed to do to re-mediate the water that had gotten into my basement. He helped me with who and what I needed to do with my insurance company. He walked me through what was going to happen and how long it would take. During the remediation of the water he had to stop buy several times to check up on things and make sure it was going to be dry enough to finish the basement. I was very happy with all the help he gave me and how quickly he got it dry, and safe for my family.
