The Paint Crew

Recommending THE PAINT CREW from Waterville for home painting. I have only used them for exterior (so far) but, based on their performance, will be contracting them to do my interior as well. These guys have HIGH integrity and know their stuff. From the moment they showed up to size up the job and pointed out details that I would not have known about, I knew they were a thorough operation. Their price was competitive; but what set them apart was their extreme patience with me as I changed my mind several times re colors. Their mantra was, "we want you to be happy". They repainted my shutters twice. I don't advocate torturing contractors this way, but truly, these guys worked with me to get exactly what I wanted, and were pleasant all the way through. The job was done in a timely manner, and I feel like they went above and beyond to make the job look great. They caulked, they sanded, they alerted us to a gas leak that we did not know about, they pointed out a defect in our (recent) roofing; they even painted the screws of the shutters to make sure everything matched. We are very happy with the company and the service they provided. I don't typically tip contractors, but I gave these guys a tip to show my appreciation for their very personal service and attention.

The Paint Crew did an excellent job painting the inside of our office. The job was done to perfection. The job site was kept very clean and the project was completed in a timely manner. The team was very professional and easy to work with. If we have any other painting needs we will certainly be using The Paint Crew Again.

Very well. Tom was punctual and quick. His work was clean and did a great job. He pressure washed our house last year and we were very pleased! We would hire him again for both.

Excellent job. Tom came ready to work and provided us with details related to how the removal would occur. Wallpaper removal is not an easy job however Tom made it look easy. All surfaces were covered throughout the process and the kitchen was free of wallpaper remnants and dry when Tom finished. I would definitely hire again.

The Paint Crew (Tom O.) was professional and caring of the interior of our home. My husband and I are very happy with the work completed. He painted two sets of large sliding closet doors with many vents (louvers) in the doors, this was a very tedious job to complete. We also needed ceiling patchwork and painting done. This too was very well done with great care and respect for our home. We would not hesitate to have The Paint Crew come into our home and complete a painting project in the future! Tom did an excellent job! We were very impressed with his work and would highly recommend him. He not only did a fantastic job with the painting but he also gave me some very helpful hints on some painting I was going to do. Neat as a pin too.

Tom and his crew were great. They were very meticulous and were constantly communicating with us regarding what they were doing and making sure we did not have any questions regarding the paint job. They did not rush through the job and were very concerned that we were happy with what we saw happening to the house. The new paint looks great and really improved the overall exterior look of the home. We would highly recommend Tom and the Paint Crew.

This is the second time I've used The Paint Crew (Tom Oliver). An excellent experience. I added kitchen mud work and some additional trim painting after the original quote and the final total cost was very fair. Tom was on time, worked diligently, was careful, cleaned up the worksite and made this old rental house look like new.

Do get multiple quotes, which I did.
Don't wait til October to let the job as weather was getting iffy. I got lucky with a warm spell.
Also the painting could not be finished until the new cedar was installed, which was special order. Another unexpected delay.

Tom did a great job painting the exterior trim on our house. He had a very competetive price, communicated well throughout the process, and delivered with very good workmanship. He was friendly and professional at all times. We will use him again without reservation for any painting work needed.

Excellent experience in every way. Responsive, on time, diligent, friendly, and an excellent job at a very fair price. Called Tom late last week, he called back quickly, he arrived for an estimate the next day, and started work on Monday. The job would've been finished in two days, but 100F+ temps understandably limited his afternoon work hours. He scraped, sanded and prepped, and applied two coats where necessary. Tom was very careful about covering the work area and his cleanup was thorough. The house looks great! I'd hire him again and I highly recommend him.

Tom and Rob of the Paint Crew did a great job! Both have many years of experience and were very knowledgeable. Their pricing was competitive and they were prompt for all appointments. Their work was of high quality and they were friendly and conscientious. I fully recommend them. They even repainted our mailbox for free (without telling us in advance) as a value add!! I found the paint crew on Angie's list and have now used them twice for exterior painting. Both times, they provided an estimate that was very competitive. I was very happy with the quality of work and followup. The job was performed on time and within the estimate provided. Do not hesitate to use this company, you will not be disappointed.

Tom arrived on time, painted deck on Saturday because of weather. Work was very satisfying and I will call him back for additional painting.

I highly recommend him for any paint job. He really did great work on our house 2 bedrooms 2 baths 3 closets foyer and laundry room with lots of cut work and boarder removal.
