Update: I tech told me the urinal was fine when it flushed, but was clearly not. He acted as if I was wrong. Said that's how it should be Why would I let him back into my home? It took several flushes to clear the bowl. Another guy came a week later. Made it a little better but still took several flushes to clear the bowl. Another plumbing company fixed the issue and charges me for the time they were there, not an overestimated time.
"You did fail to mention that he was sent directly back to your door from the driveway to immediately rectify the situation. You also failed to mention that you would not answer the phone or the door. If you would like to vent to someone please feel free to call my cell phone. 419-509-0766 thank you and God Bless. Respectfully, Eric"
They did a beautiful job and they were very neat - put protective covering on the floor, etc. They removed the old toilet and cleaned up after themselves. They were only here a little over an hour - including going out to get the new toilet. One technician stayed behind doing the prep work while the other went for the new toilet.
I was very pleased with their service and the technicians were very friendly. I would recommend this company to anyone and I will certainly call on them again!

The day of the repair, I was called at noon and told the repairman was on his way. He arrived around 15 minutes later. He left for at least a half an hour to get parts and was finished before 3PM. I guess I had to pay for his travel time also.
Another thing that didn't make me happy was the fact that he left a grease spot on my hallway carpet (took me three scrubbings with Dawn to remove) and greasy fingerprints on my wall and white beadboard in the bathroom. He also left the white tile floor quite dirty, but I did expect to see some of that.
Anyone reading this, please remember to ask questions when you are dealing with a new service company. Don't be afraid to ask what the going rate is, if you have to pay for travel time, and ask for a basic estimate before you have the work done, This could save you some headache later. I wish I had heeded my own words.
Rick arrived promptly, inspected the broken valve, and came up with a
solution that will prevent a repeat of the problem. He checked the whole system for any additional leaks. It was a professional job in all respects.Update 08/14/2012: This is a second report because I need to add something to the first... I heard a girgling in the kitchen sink when I'd flush the toilet upstairs (same floor) so I called Pipe Doctor back since they were just out a few days prior and I even called and left a message after hours. They sent the plumber out that very next day...no hassle at all. I also got a return phone call from the office manager, I believe her name is Jenny. I highly recommentd this plumbing company to people in the Toledo area! They had no problem honoring the Angie's list first customer discount for me that they advertised as well:) The girgling that I've been hearing is a another issue with the pipe draft (not sure of the technical term)...that is located on top of the roof....more than likely the birds are putting leaves in it.
We called on Wednesday. Craig was there that evening. Unfortunately, while checking the cartridge in the faucet, Craig turned off our hot water to the shower.
We called Craig on Thursday to authorize the work to be done and ask that he come and fix the hot water. He said he would, that evening but didn't show up. I called him to inquire about it and he was sincerely apologetic about forgetting to stop by.
Craig showed up on Friday morning and fixed the water pressure, unfortunately the cartridge that was installed had a crack in it and caused the faucet to drip (quickly and loudly). Craig then came out later that evening to fix the cartridge.
All in all, Wagner was very professional and reasonably priced. I would use them again.
