Excellent planning and execution of this project from start to finish. A year later all repairs are operating as promised. Polite and knowledgeable contractor who made adjustments to the work as needed without increasing the agree-to budget.

Kelly Lang Contractors took adequate time to evaluate and discuss the foundation and drainage problems before making a detailed plan of action, and were flexible during the construction process to make needed changes to the plan within the agreed budget. Supervisors and workmen were polite and sensitive to neighbor concerns, and communication in general was excellent. Since one of the primary goals of this work was to eliminate water leakage in a finished basement, I have waited over half a year to gauge the success of this effort. To date the basement has remained dry, and given the robust fix installed I am confident that this will continue - plus Lang provided a transferable lifetime guarantee on the waterproofing. I have worked with a variety of contractors over the years and can attest that Kelly Lang is among the best in their approach to problem-solving, executing the work, and communicating during the construction process. I checked with other customers directly before hiring Kelly Lang and found his reputation in our area is very good, and based on my own experience, have no hesitation in recommending him.

We left a message thru Angie’s list around 9pm and received a call first thing in the morning from Corey. We gave the address of our home and emailed photos of the damages. Corey pulled soil sample reports based on our home location and after some research he determined that the type of materials needed to repair the foundation was not something they offered. He recommended 2 other companies that would install a system that would give us better results and save us on costs. Corey was very prompt and professional during the entire process.

Corey was great to work with.  i was concerned of some potential problems with my foundation.  Made a call and he was there within 48 hours.  Upon arrival, we walked through each part of my concerns and he addressed each one with a courteous and professional answer. There was no high pressure sales pitch. Corey talked me through a few preventive maintenance options and assured me that i don't need to be concerned at this time with my current foundation worries.  This was a huge relief and a blessing to have a company be more concerned with helping folks out and educating on the situation, instead of being high pressure and all about the dollar.  Would recommend this company to anyone out there.

LANG CONTRACTORS ARRIVED ON TIME AND FINISHED JOB AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. THEY CLEANED UP THE MESS AND LEFT THE AREA IN BETTER CONDITION THEN WHEN THEY ARRIVED.

We were very happy with the quality of work being done. We found Mr. Lang and his team to be very professional and knowledgeable. They were fair and went above and beyond what was required. It's helpful when options are given and explained. Problems were addressed and fixed that hadn't been part of the initial work, but which enhanced the final results. We also found the price charged to be fair. We have had several contractors do interior work, and several who worked on the exterior. Kelly Lang Construction is the first one which we would hire again without reservation, and which we would openly recommend to anyone.
