Caleb arrived on time, very knowledgeable and quick in solving an annoying vibration noise issue due to loose tamper-proof fittings that were missed on the original installation last winter. Courteous & thorough. Covered under new install warranty. Great resource! Thanks again for your help!

There was no repair done. They told me that my duct work was insufficient & so was my insulation. They installed my latest furnace in 2017 & when it was installed, they did not check either of those areas, so now it is up to me to pay $6,128 to bring those two areas up to code so that my HVAC system would be operating properly. Doesn't that seem a bit strange that I now have to PAY them to fix the problems that they should have fixed before they installed my NEW furnace in 2017?
