We remodeled two upstairs bathrooms and a half bath on the main floor. We got three estimates to completely remodel all three bathrooms. At first we were skeptical of hiring Dave Bowling because he was the lowest bidder but people we knew and supplies raved about his work. He gave us a very detailed estimate and completed the work on time. He did the plumbing, electrical, tile work you name it. His workmanship was superior. He was very concerned about making us happy and doing the job the way we wanted, however, he gave us a lot of excellent suggestions that really improved the project. There were no phony discounts. He gave us the names of good supplies and urged us do do our own purchasing using his contractor discount and of course he picked everything up. This guy is simply very honest and very professional. He knew everything about how to prevent mold and future maintenance problems. He gave a a lot of valuable advice and saved us a lot of money. We have spent the last seventeen year remodeling out house and Dave Bowling is without question the best contractor we have every hired. I would strongly recommend him or any tile or bathroom remodeling job. He lives in Washington Court House, Ohio but works mostly in the northern suburbs of Columbus. He does not advertise but stays busy just by word of mouth.

Referred by our remodeling contractor when remodel below the bathroom showed leaking from the shower above. Dave came out promptly, assessed the situation (original shower had been installed completely wrong) and was out within a week to tear out the old and put in the new. It is sad when you have to pay $1000 to get something to look just like it did before but it works now and there's no leak. The original shower didn't have any cement on top of the rubber membrane; just tile directly on the membrane and the drain was under the membrane and the tile. So whenever we showered, water just spilled out to the floor underneath. Had to replace entire floor, marble threshold, and two rows of wall tile. Works great now. Dave accidentally broke the shower door when he was reinstalling it, but he replaced it free of charge within a day.
