Excellent communication & finished product

They did a good job with the work. I was hoping that there would be more follow up, like cleaning up the edges of the concrete. They did send someone out to epoxy the garage like we asked. When the guy came out to do the epoxy work I asked if he could clean up the edges and he said that he would come back to do that and he never did.

The owner, Chris was very professional and helpful in helping us come up with a design for our patio. The guys that worked on our patio were punctual and polite. The job was completed in two days despite the rain. Two gripes: 1. Our hose reel was broken when they were using it for the patio. We told Chris and he said he would bring us a new one. Despite follow-up calls we never received it. 2. A few months after the installation we noticed a small crack in the patio. We called Chris who said he would come check it out and a couple weeks later still hasn't shown up. Will call him again.

Chris, the owner of the company consulted me directly. He had good solutions to saving money but still having a good slab. Most of their work is commercial but he was willing to take on this job. When he finished the job, everyone kept asking who did the work because it looked so good. The 24x24 foot slab was square to an eight of an inch! Which made framing pretty easy.
